Made by Mom’s Love started in the spring of 2024. At the very beginning, there was no grand business plan – just a simple desire to make shirts that, when worn, would carry the warmth, care, and unconditional love that a mother always gives. The idea came from humble childhood memories: a mom carefully mending a torn shirt, a gentle reminder before going out, or quiet afternoons spent together as a family. Lushxgap wanted to turn those feelings into something real that people could wear and feel every day.

Business Model – Direct-to-Customer and Flexible Production

From the start, Lushxgap chose to sell directly through the official website instead of going through agents or middlemen. The reason was simple. Lushxgap wanted to control everything – from fabric quality and stitching to pricing. This also makes it easier to respond quickly to each order, whether it is a ready-made product or a personalized one.

The workshop is located at 18 Dawn Ct, Abilene, TX 79605. It is only about 20 square meters but equipped with two Juki industrial sewing machines, one Epson SureColor DTG printer, and an organized storage area. Everything – sourcing fabric, cutting, sewing, printing, quality checking, and packing – is done right there.

Why operate in the United States
Lushxgap chose to base production and sales in the United States because customers here value comfort, quality, and the story behind the product. Many are willing to invest in something not just for how it looks, but for the meaning it carries. The U.S. also has a strong logistics network, reliable suppliers, and a large customer base that appreciates small businesses with a personal touch. This environment allows Lushxgap to maintain close control over quality while still delivering orders quickly and reliably.

Main Products – T-shirts and Sweatshirts

Lushxgap focuses on two main product lines. The first is ready-made t-shirts and sweatshirts made from cotton blends (around 50% cotton) or premium fleece. T-shirt fabrics typically weigh 190–200 GSM, while sweatshirts range from 300–320 GSM. All fabrics are treated to resist shrinking and pilling, keeping their shape and color even after more than 50 washes. Designs are updated each season but keep a simple, easy-to-style form.

The second is personalized services. This is the part customers love the most because they can have custom images, text, or design adjustments. Some print family photos, some use loving quotes from their mothers, and others add details tied to a special memory. Lushxgap is always happy to make it happen as long as the final product maintains its quality.

Before producing in bulk, every design is reviewed, test printed, and washed to ensure durability, color accuracy, and fit.

Production Process and Quality Control – Care from the Start

Fabric is sourced from trusted suppliers. Robert Kaufman Fabrics provides soft natural cotton that keeps its color and shape. Monterey Mills supplies thick brushed fleece that is warm yet breathable.

When the fabric arrives, Lushxgap measures the GSM with a specialized scale, compares colors to approved samples, and runs wash tests to check shrinkage and colorfastness. Only materials that pass these checks move forward to production.

Garments are sewn with Juki machines for precise and secure stitching, especially at stress points. Printing is done using Epson SureColor DTG technology for vibrant, sharp, long-lasting colors. After printing, heat pressing is used to lock in the design.

Each shirt is inspected by hand before packing – trimming loose threads, checking measurements, and matching prints to the original design. If a defect is found, Lushxgap offers a replacement or refund.

Operations and Team

Lushxgap currently has a small team of four. One person handles design and printing, two work on cutting and sewing, and one person manages both quality control and customer service. For rush orders, the whole team works together across different tasks to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Customer service is available Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Lushxgap responds to emails and messages within 24 business hours.
