The shirt itself must remain in its original condition — meaning it should be unwashed, unworn, and free from any damage, odors, or stains. This is important because even the slightest sign of use, such as deodorant marks, fabric stretching, or lingering scents, can make the product unsuitable for resale.
The original packaging, along with all garment tags and labels, must still be attached. These details are essential not only for resale but also for verifying authenticity and matching the item with the correct production batch.
Lastly, an invoice or proof of purchase is required. This ensures we can verify the order details, confirm it was purchased directly from lushxgap.com, and process your return without delays.
Please note that we cannot accept shirts that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged due to improper care, as these factors compromise the quality and resale value of the product.
2. Return Procedure for Each Case
A. Returns Due to Lushxgap’s Fault
If you receive a shirt that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we consider this a fault on Lushxgap’s part. Common examples include a shirt that arrives with torn seams, fabric stains, printing defects, or damage that occurred during shipping. Another example is when the size, color, or design delivered does not match your original order.
This policy applies to all shirts purchased directly through lushxgap.com. In these situations, you will not bear any return costs — Lushxgap will provide a prepaid return shipping label, making the process completely free for you.
Once we receive and verify the returned shirt, you may choose between two solutions: receiving a brand-new replacement (if the size or design is still available) or obtaining a full refund, which also includes the original shipping cost you paid. Our aim is to resolve such issues quickly and fairly so you can enjoy your purchase as intended.
B. General Return (Change of Mind / Doesn’t Fit)
Sometimes, a shirt may arrive exactly as ordered but no longer suits your preference — maybe the fit isn’t quite right, the color doesn’t match what you had in mind, or you’ve simply changed your style. We understand that preferences can change, and you can still return your shirt under these circumstances, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
This policy covers all standard shirt purchases from lushxgap.com, but in these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and ensuring the shirt is packed securely to prevent any damage during its return journey to us.
Once we receive your returned shirt, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If it passes inspection, we will process a refund for the product’s value, excluding the original shipping cost. This way, you have flexibility while we maintain the integrity and quality of the products we resell.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Some shirts cannot be returned, even if they are in good condition, unless there is a proven defect caused by Lushxgap. These include:

Shirts Showing Signs of Wear, Washing, or Alteration – This includes changes in fabric texture, fading from washing, missing tags, or alterations like hemming or resizing. Once a shirt has been worn or modified, it can no longer be sold as new.

4. Return Process – Step by Step
When you decide to return a shirt, Lushxgap aims to make the process simple and clear. In your email, please include your order number, a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item, and—if the shirt is defective or damaged—clear photos or videos that show the problem. After receiving your request, our support team will review it within 1–2 business days. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as sending the wrong item or a defective shirt—we will email you detailed return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label, so you won’t have to pay for the return shipping. If the return is for other reasons, we will still provide clear packing and shipping guidelines to ensure your shirt reaches us safely.
Once you have the instructions, please pack your shirt securely. Whenever possible, use the original packaging and include any tags or accessories that came with the shirt. If you no longer have the original box, choose a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit. 5. Money Back Guarantee – Time & Method
Lushxgap is committed to processing refunds quickly and transparently. Once we receive your returned shirt and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will initiate the refund within five (5) business days. This short turnaround time ensures that you won’t have to wait long to see the money back in your account.
Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout—such as your credit card, PayPal, or other supported payment services. We do not issue refunds via store credit unless you specifically request it. This approach allows you to decide whether you’d prefer the funds back or to keep them with Lushxgap for future purchases.
As soon as your refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Restocking Fee
Unlike some retailers, Lushxgap does not charge any restocking fees for shirt returns. We believe customers should feel confident shopping with us, knowing they won’t face hidden penalties for sending an item back—provided it meets our return conditions. This includes confirming payment, preparing your shirt for shipment, and performing a final quality check to ensure the product meets our standards before it leaves our facility.
Once your shirt has been shipped, the transit time within the United States is generally 4–6 business days. This estimate may vary depending on your location, the carrier’s schedule, and external factors such as weather or seasonal delivery surges.
For faster processing, we recommend placing your order before our 2:00 PM (CST) cut-off time. Orders placed before this time will be processed the same business day, while those placed afterward will begin processing the next business day.
