At Lushxgap, the goal is to bring you a transparent, fast, and secure shopping experience. This policy explains in detail our shipping areas, shipping costs, processing and delivery times, as well as special situations such as damaged or lost goods. We encourage you to read it carefully before placing an order to understand how Lushxgap processes and ships your products.

1. Shipping Area

Currently, Lushxgap only supports shipping to addresses within the United States. Due to service limitations and customs regulations, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The reason for this restriction is that these areas require special shipping methods, which can prolong delivery time and sometimes involve complex customs procedures. Lushxgap wants to ensure that every order is processed quickly, delivered on time, and arrives safely.

2. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Lushxgap is committed to simplifying shipping costs and being transparent with customers from the very beginning. For orders under $89.00, a standard flat shipping fee of $4.99 will apply. For orders of $89.00 or more, customers will enjoy free shipping anywhere in the United States.

One important note is that customers will not be charged any additional sales tax or shipping tax. The price you see on the product page and in your cart is the final amount you will pay. This policy ensures you know exactly what you’ll spend upfront, without unexpected fees at checkout.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, Lushxgap divides the process into two clear stages. The first stage is processing, which usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). The second stage is transit, which generally takes 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and weather conditions. During peak shopping seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, processing times may take an extra one to two days.

4. Example Delivery Timeline

If you place your order on Monday afternoon after 2:00 PM (EST), it will be processed and packed on Tuesday. The processing and preparation stage will be completed within one to two business days, and then Lushxgap will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

From that point, the carrier will take approximately four to six business days to deliver your package. This means you would likely receive your order around Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, Lushxgap will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your package tracking number and a link for you to directly track your order’s journey on the carrier’s website.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after you receive your confirmation email from Lushxgap.

6. Damaged or Lost Goods

Lushxgap always packs products carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. You will need to provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the condition of the product and the shipping box. Once confirmed, Lushxgap will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

If your order is lost, and more than 14 business days have passed since it was shipped, with no tracking updates for over seven days, please contact us immediately. Lushxgap will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If confirmed as lost, we will resend your order or provide a full refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order if it has not yet been processed or handed over to the carrier. Since Lushxgap processes orders quickly, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If the order has already been assigned a tracking number, Lushxgap will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then follow our Return Policy to send it back.
